Website maintenance plans by CornerStone Wall Solutions are available on a month-to-month or annual contract. All prices listed are in USD. CornerStone Wall Solutions does not in any way guarentee 100% site uptime and will not be held liable in the event of a cyber attack or loss of data.
Monthly Website Maintenance Fees Require a credit card for payment. No other forms of payment will be accepted for monthly website maintenance plans. An automated invoice will be delivered to the client on the 1st day of every month. Payments are taken in advance for the upcoming month.
Annual Website Maintenance Fees May be paid with credit card, Paypal, check, email money transfer. An automated invoice will be delivered to the client annually on their month of signup. Payments are taken in advance for the upcoming year.
Website Maintenance Time Tracking If a client doesn’t use the allotted time for any give month, it will be carried over and can be used in following months. If a Client exhausts the all the allotted time for the year included in their plan, they can either: 1) Buy out the remaining balance and start a new plan 2) Continue paying their monthly payments and pay hourly for any additional website maintenance services 3) Continue paying their monthly payments and cease to use website maintenance plan services.
Termination of This Agreement by the Client Clients may terminate this agreement at any time with a written notice. Refunds will not be granted in the event there is time left over in either the monthly or annual plan.
Termination of this Agreement by CornerStone Wall Solutions CornerStone Wall Solutions may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client. CornerStone Wall Solutions will credit the clients account for the remaining time left in their monthly or annual plan.
Payment Terms & Late Payment Fees Payment of all invoices are due upon receipt. 2% per month will be charged on all accounts over 30 days. An administrative fee of $30 will be charged for returned checks. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
General Maintenence General Maintenance will occur once a month on any chosen plan. CornerStone Wall Solutions will perform all WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates and review the site on the front end to ensure it is functioning as it should. Projech will perform any fixes and adjustments required as a result of the update. Even though a clients website will be looked after on a monthly basis, 100% uptime is not guaranteed.
Services Requests & Turnaround Times Service requests are available for all plans excluding the Essential Plan. Any service request that exceed the allotted monthly budget for your chosen plan will be treated as a separate project and is not covered under the Website Maintenance Plan. For example, if you’re on a 3 hours/month plan and your service request is estimated to take 8 hours, then it is not covered under your plan.Service requests cover a wide range of tasks including graphical and layout changes, fixing errors, content updating, image swapping and optimization, video embedding, style enhancements and new page designs. Non-urgent service requests will be completed within 5 business days. Urgent services requests will be done within 24 hours. A fee of $100 will be required for service requests that need to be done in the same day, or on weekends. Absolutely no service requests will be fulfilled on Canadian statutory holidays. Advanced programming may result in longer turnaround times.
Website Security Projech uses a third party plugin called Wordfence that continuously prevents, patrols and protects the clients WordPress websites against today’s ultra-advanced cyber attacks, hacks and online security threats. Although, it is not guaranteed that a clients website won’t be hacked.
Consultation Is available during regular business hours between 8:00 am – 4:45 pm, Monday to Friday via phone call and email. Phone calls are limited to no more than 15 minutes. Email response times are 24 hours.
Perform all WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates. Review the site on the front end to ensure it is functioning as it should. Then we make fixes and adjustments required as a result of the update.
